In 2012 I was invited to participate in the Skull Canvas art show, featuring customized and painted motorcycle helmets from artists all over the world. The show took place at Barber Motorsports Park during their Vintage Motorcycle Festival.
The helmet was originally flat black. Everything is painted using 1-Shot Lettering Enamel, and paint brushes. No airbrushing.
Pinstriping at the top of the helmet. I had a bit of a "Dexter" moment applying the red splatters.
